Agnes Prabhakaran - Director of Administration
As Director of Administration, Agnes oversees the operational backbone of the ministries, ensuring all administrative functions run smoothly to support the mission of providing safe housing, healing, and hope to abused expatriate women. She leads the development and management of administrative systems, resources, and compliance efforts to enable efficient, transparent, and mission-focused operations.
Priscilla Franklin - Director of Finance
As Director of Finance, Priscilla leads the financial management and strategy of the ministries, ensuring sound fiscal stewardship that supports the organization’s mission to provide safe housing, healing, and hope to abused expatriate women. She oversees budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and reporting, aligning financial resources with programmatic goals and donor requirements
Jayashree Subramani - Director of Fundraising & Development
As Director of Fundraising & Development, Jayashree leads the organization, with a strong emphasis on fundraising, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth. The Director will serve as the face of the organization, lead high-level donor engagement, oversee programmatic delivery, and ensure operational and financial integrity.
Cathrine James - Director of Health Services
As Director of Healthcare, Catherine leads the design, implementation, and management of all health-related services and programs within the NGO. She ensures that the physical, mental, and spiritual healthcare needs of abused expatriate women are met with compassion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. Her leadership integrates holistic care with the ministries mission to provide safe housing, healing, and hope grounded in Christian faith.
